Who We Are
we are a small computer service company in the west Michigan area. For most people when computers aren’t working properly it can seem like an overwhelming task to find out what’s wrong. That’s where we come in: Our goal is to take the fear out of the equation and create simple solutions to serve our community in the best way possible.
We service any windows or mac desktops, gaming machines, laptops.
This includes both hardware and software support.
When you drop off your computer we will usually have simple repairs turned back to you within 48 hours. Other repairs that require specific parts or more in-depth software issues, it could extend further. We will always communicate as soon as possible when your repair will be complete.
Yes, any repair completed by TraceTek Solutions is backed by a 30 day warranty.
